Peacock Plus for Diamond Rewards members
I am a Diamond Reward Member, I received an Email saying Peacock plus will be free starting today June 26, 2023. I am unable to find it in my rewards or account. Please contact me to get this resolved.

I finally got the reward but can't redeem it as the banner is not in my account page to click on it. The reward showed up late last night

@mtca, Thank you for reaching out about the Peacock app. There was a delay in getting this set up in the system, and Peacock is working to get this working as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.

I am a Diamond rewards member and have Gigabit internet and am unable to get free Peacock premium for two years as it was noted on my last months bill that this would be available to me on the 26th of June.
I loaded the Peacock app and it requires me to sign in and offers me a paid subscription.
Where is my free subscription and how do I access it?
