free peacock premium reward for Diamond level customers
Finally this evening the reward showed up for me on the Xfinity web page. a few hours later I saw a banner and link when I logged into the Xfinity web page. But when I clicked it showed my comcast.net email address and a button to activate. However when I clicked on the link I received the following message -
"We were unable to link Peacock to your account. You may already have Peacock Premium. Learn More" When I clicked on the learn more link it took me to a page about DirecTV.
When will this be fixed?

I saw the reward in xfinity rewards and hit to claim or get it and then I ended up receiving the email saying to go to the xfinity account and click on some activation banner and that it would then take you to peacock but I'm not seeing an activation banner. In the email I saw something that said activate now and I clicked on that but I never saw a banner to click on when it took me to xfinity
