Peacock Premium Rewards Unavailable?

I am also a diamond member and when I try to get this reward I was emailed about a week ago it tells me “Were sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time.”

Also when I try to report an issue with rewards it tells me I’m not the primary account holder when I most definitely am because I was just logged in to rewards. This is extremely frustrating and no chat support can seem to help. 

Anyone else having the same issues?   If so, have you had it resolved and what was the resolution??

Being a 20+ year faithful customer and having issues to claim a reward is just unacceptable!

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble activating your Peacock Premium Reward, @user_f262be. If you are logging into Xfinity Rewards with your primary user Xfinity ID, and still cannot access your reward, please log off, and back in. You can also clear cache and cookies and attempt to log in again. An update was pushed out to help with the error. If this doesn't pull up your reward, we can look into this further for you. If we may, please send us a Direct Message with your name, and address. We look forward to your reply.
