peacock premium
The Peacock reward appeared on my Rewards page and I accepted it. I then received an email that gave me instructions on how to activate it.
Sign into your Xfinity account and click Activate Now on the Peacock banner. This will redirect you to Peacock's website.
No Peacock banner appears with an "Activate Now".

I can verify that I was able to activate my Peacock reward. The link in the email took me to an "Xfinity Assistant" page with a banner for activating my Peacock subscription.

Exact same problem. Very frustrating, and I can't yet find anyone to solve the problem.

@GalleryGirl Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. We see that you and others are having issues, so we'll provide the instructions here to see if we can get you and others taken care of. -- Please clear your cookies and cache before attempting these steps:
1. Go to (https://www.xfinity.com/chat/)
2. Click on 'Sign In'
3. The Activation Banner should be at the top of the page.
Give that a try and if it still does not work, please let us know.

The "banner" finally showed up in the chat assistant. I have successfully activated my subscription.
