After speaking to 2 different people I finally had the peacock premium show up in my rewards I clicked to redeem and then when I went back to check it said

We're sorry, looks like this award isn't available to you at this time. I don’t know what that means. Now what how do I get the peacock account to work again?

There is currently a known issue with the Peacock redemption. We recommend waiting up to 72 hours and reach back out if you experience issues after 72 hours.

@XfinityDemitrius​ 72 hours???? Earlier today I was told it would be fixed today. What is it that I am waiting for so I know what to look for
