Speed test

There is discrepancy when testing speeds. Using xfinity test or Oakla I get 30-35 maps consistently. Using Mlab I get 190-200 mbs which is supossibly what I am paying for. Verizon gives me the same as Mlab, and if use fast.com I get 80-90 mbps. A 10 to 15 percent is perhaps expected but 6 times lowe

Test speed to gateway was removed

Why was the option to test the speed to your gateway removed? It feels like Xfinity is trying to hide the tools used by power users to manage their own network. There is another post by a different user a few months ago with the same observation and a copy paste from the FAQ's was posted in response

I have restarted the modem several times, tried to chat with the auto thing and keep using the xfinity speed test and it's not even close to my old speed let alone the supposed new speed.&nbs

Upload speed is a 1/4 of what is advertised.

I have the "Connect More" plan with an advertised 300 down and 100 up. My router has a built in speed-test functionality that tests the speed at the modem (not at a wifi connected device) eliminating speed loss due to wifi connection issues. When I test my speed with that function I'm seeing actual
