Speed test shows very low speeds
I have the gig of internet. At least that's how it was sold to me. I run a speed test, it shows I have 49 upload speed and 49 download speed. I haven't even used said internet much due to it being near unusable. Let me know of a solution or I will cancel

There's a few things to check out. First, can you tell me if you're running a speed test from a device that's connected directly to your modem using an ethernet cable? For maximum speeds of 1 Gbps to 1.2 Gbps, your desktop or laptop will need a 1G copper Ethernet interface and a 1G Ethernet adapter. These will need to be paired with a Cat5e (or better) Ethernet cable.
