How can I get control of my modem back?
Basically, [Edited: Language] has made it so that in order to manage my modem, I have to both use the admin portal on the device, and this stupid Xfi app on my phone. Because of this, I am unable to perform advanced network features like port forwarding properly. I currently have the XB8. Basically

Tried to answer survey for great customer service, can't do it anymore.

Device receives a required update Progress 0% Status Code 800 message repeats every 15 minutes
I am receiving the message about every 15 minutes cable box blinks and then in about a minute the brodcast resumes. Have tried unplugging the cable box waiting a minute and plugging it back in. Everything is fine until the "message" appears again. Any Suggestions?
