Reschedule a scheduled payment

I have an overdue balance on my account and scheduled a payment for April 7th, 2002. But now i found out I won't get paid until April 8th. How can I reschedule the scheduled payment so my services aren't shut off on the 7th? Don't really know how to get in touch with anyone.

Oh gotcha'. Thank you for letting me know. I can understand the need for extra time to make a payment. If you are unable to modify the date then the payment will be required on that date to avoid interruption. We are not able to change this. If your service is interrupted, then your full past due amount will be owed to restore the service.

Hello. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You can modify the payment with these steps. 👍

Managing or Canceling Scheduled Payments

Click Manage Scheduled Payments under the Billing tab.

  • Click Manage to change the amount, date, or payment method of a scheduled payment.
  • Click Cancel Payment to cancel a scheduled payment entirely.

@XfinityBrandon​ I did that, and put April 9th as the new scheduled payment date for the overdue balance. But it still says that services may be cancelled on the 7th.
