How do I get the WiFi Boost Pods at no extra cost
I received the e-mail that my Wifi evaluation is complete and that I'm eligible for WiFi Boost Pods at no extra cost.
Clicking on the redeem my pods link just tells me:
Looks like you aren’t eligible for this offer
Don’t worry, you can still purchase an xFi Pod to pair with your xFi Gateway.
How do I get the free ones?

I was able to direct message to the support team via this forum and they were able to verify the results of my evaluation and submitted the request for my free pod. I received it today and installed it successfully - already seeing a big improvement.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
