If we are connected to the gateway we can get close to the 300 speed but when we are connected to a pod we are only getting 9 to 16 for speed. This is causing issues with e-school right now as we are all working at the same time and need to be in different rooms. Why are the pods so much slower?

I spoke to 1 rep a few days ago to help change my plan. I have the chat saved, and he sent me a text link to accept the changes; which I did. I never got anything further, and it never changed in my account. So I contacted support against a few days ago, and they said they saw nothing in my account
