Lost All Sound On TV
Turned on my TV tonight & couldn't get sound on any channel or on any On Demand programming. TV was fine last night & nothing was changed. TV was NOT muted and volume was the same as it has been. Using the TV speakers. Went thru all the settings & all looked good. Other TVs in the house

Hi, I want to move my gateway from the room it’s currently in to a room where we utilize the internet more. Only problem with that is that there’s no coax in the room. Can Xfinity install coax into the room for me? If so what would it cost, most likely?

how do you check upstream/downstream activity?
