Replacement modem for ARRIS TG862G

I have ARRIS TG862G from Comcast. This one has both connections: RJ11 for phone and RJ45 for internet.

My question is that does anybody sell replacement that handle both RJ11 and RJ45?

I don't really need wifi feature although most of these routers today has it (I have separate router).

I'd like to cut the rental cost (should have done years ago).
