Marking Underground Cable

Hello Customer Service-

My electrician is asking for our underground cable to be marked by a Comcast technician.  How do I submit a work order for this?

Hi, @user_f8f0a4. We'd be happy to see what needs to be done to get that line marked. Shouldn't be a problem. We'll just need you to send us a direct message with your name and address in full, please!

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon or https://comca.st/3ypgs1O

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
