Xfinity Starter Package Stolen off Porch
I was supposed to get delivered an Xfinity Starter Kit that included the Xfinity Flex router/modem. It was stolen off of my porch and now I am unable to use the internet since I have no router/modem of my own. Can I be resent another starter kit and am I offered theft reimbursement?

If the Xfinity services and account have not been activated, we would not be able to apply a service adjustment towards the account. We can certainly help process another order and review the account. Have you contacted the shipper regarding the missing package? We can help ship additional equipment or you can visit a local Xfinity Store which would be quicker to issue the equipment needed.
Once you receive the equipment, you can quickly and easily download and sign in to the Xfinity App which is our main tool for the Xfinity account, billing, and services such as equipment activation and more.
