Xfinity Starter Package Stolen off Porch

I was supposed to get delivered an Xfinity Starter Kit that included the Xfinity Flex router/modem. It was stolen off of my porch and now I am unable to use the internet since I have no router/modem of my own. Can I be resent another starter kit and am I offered theft reimbursement?

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.

 

If the Xfinity services and account have not been activated, we would not be able to apply a service adjustment towards the account. We can certainly help process another order and review the account. Have you contacted the shipper regarding the missing package? We can help ship additional equipment or you can visit a local Xfinity Store which would be quicker to issue the equipment needed.

 

Once you receive the equipment, you can quickly and easily download and sign in to the Xfinity App which is our main tool for the Xfinity account, billing, and services such as equipment activation and more.

Hey! We have been paying monthly charges for the internet but have not been able to use it since the package got stolen. Our account is active as we are still paying for the service.

I contacted the shipper and they said there is nothing they could do. Can I buy the full starter kit at the xfinity store? Still wondering if I can somehow be reimbursed for it since Ive been paying for a service I cannot use yet.

You can visit any local Xfinity Store where they can assist in a missing package claim and issue a new Getting Started Kit @user_lbqft3. They can also review any eligible service adjustments for you as well. If you have our Xfinity App, our Xfinity Assistant can provide you with the closest Xfinity Store location, hours, and directions. You can also visit our 'Xfinity Retail Store Locator and Xfinity Mobile Stores' support page at https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers
