Upload speed 20 Mb instead of the 100 advertised

Hello, my upload speed seems to be much lower than what was advertised when I subscribed. I am only seeing 20 Mb instead of the 100 Mb advertised for upload. Can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong? My modem is an Arris S33 and I own it. Thanks!

Arris S33 having signal issues - suspect damaged cable outside.

Intermittent connection - seeing "SYNC Timing Synchronization failure" in modem logs
