internet outage

My condo development loses internet connectivity every day at around the same time. There are several dozen residents that talk about the outage on our website so I am going to assume it is the entire development. We all get unsolicited texts from Xfinity saying they are aware of an outage and several outages experienced over the last several days and that they are working to improve service. This isn't a new housing development. Any ideas?
