On 2 days in March, 2023 my data usage was reported as more than 4X the normal daily usage. I need to see what what caused those spikes

On March 11 and March 24, 2023 my data usage was reported as more than 4X the normal daily usage. I need to see what aps and what device caused this usage spike. Where I can find this type of detail? Regards

You have reached the right place, and we would be more than happy to take a closer look! To get started, please reply in a private message by following the steps below:

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
