Terrible internet service
We have been suffering with the internet for 2 months now.
2 technicians, replaced devices, replaced cables in-and outside. The problem is the same: The speed is 115% for a while (10-15 min)than suddenly 0.
We cannot work, cannot use our Netflix, Disney, Youtube!
We are really upset now.

That’s not solution every time to restart everything here or by chat assistant.
We want a real solution A.S.A.P..

I think we solved the problem: the 3rd technician changed the cable’s connectors. It’s working now. I hope it will be the solution.
