Not getting proper upload speeds

I received an email about my area getting supported for the faster upload speeds so I switched we switched over to a CODA56. After going through the activation process everything is connected and working but im still getting the same speeds I got before switching to the new modem. I tried resetting the modem through the app multiple times as well but that didn't do anything.

@user_i3jcoj Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums for assistance with the Next Generation speeds on the new modem. We may need to provision the new device and/or check for an incompatible amplifier (if applicable).

Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

... CODA56 ... still getting the same speeds I got before switching ...

There are additional requirements for higher upload speeds besides having an approved device, see https://www.reddit.com/r/Comcast_Xfinity/wiki/knowledgebase/next-generation-internet/ and https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/upgraded-areas-leased-equipment-required-for-upload-speeds.
