Outage Rincon Hill, San Francisco

What is happening with the outage in the Rincon Hill area of San Francisco? Internet stopped working yesterday afternoon and still out, more than 12 hours and the outage map does noteven show the area affected neither estimated time to fix. Please update!

I’ve verified my military status with the Xfinity rewards and the page says I’m verified but there’s no change in my tier status. I read where it can take up to 10 days to complete, but it’s been over 30. Is there another step?

I see that I am eligible for free Peacock but after I redeemed the reward, I never got the email. When I went to the Peacock activation website it says I am not eligible.  Please don't respond with the template of how to redeem the free offer, as that is no help.  Please resolve my issue.
