​The Xfinity Home Certificate of Alarm System is proof of home security ownership and activation that you can provide to your insurance company. We provide the certificate when your Xfinity Home system is installed, but you can download or print a copy anytime.​

​Downloading Your Certificate of Alarm System​

  1. ​Sign in to the​​ ​​My Account​​ ​​website.​
  2. ​ ​
  3. ​Scroll to​​ ​​Security Alarm Certificate​​ ​​section. ​
      ​ ​
    • ​If you don’t see this section, click the​​ ​​Services​​ ​​tab at the top of the page.​
      The menu of tabs is displayed with Services, third from the left, selected.

    • ​ ​
    • ​Then, click​​ ​​Manage Home​​ ​​and scroll down to the​​ ​​Security Alarm Certificate​​ ​​section.​
      The Manage Your System from Anywhere page is displayed with the Security Alarm Certificate towards the bottom of the page.
