internet outage

Return end of life modem?

I’ve tried calling and using the Xfinity Assistant for hours, but can’t get a person nor an answer. We were told our old modem is “end of life”. We have the new one running. Do I need to return this ancient one? If so, how? There’s no option for it in the app.

Comcast pedastal at end of driveway

15106 problem on Pixel 4a 5g

Can watch NBC & ESPN on my phone; don't have a tv. The rest of the channels that I've tested give the black screen "We're having some trouble. 15106" message. Have uninstalled/reinstalled Stream. Any suggestions on what I could try next?
