Return Equipment Question

Hi.

I need to return equipment but I am bedridden and the closest Xfinity Store or UPS is over an hour away. I have tried to print out a label but none of my equipment is listed on the returns site where they ask you to check off what you are returning. 

I called your customer service and they said they would send me a box with a pre paid return label. Than I could schedule a UPS pickup.

I got the box, but the return label is not like other stores return labels. It is just a small 2" x 3" label pre affixed to the side of the box with a bar code on it. Nothing else. 

Is this the actual return label or did I not receive it.

I definitely want to make sure you can return your equipment. Can you send me a picture so I can make sure it's the correct label? You can call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup.

@XfinityEmilyB​ Hi Emily. I contacted a customer service rep. It is not a return label. They are sending me a new box with return label.
