Changing Xfinity Plan
I have been trying to remove channels that I no longer use such as MGM+, Showtime, The Movies Channel, and Netflix from my subscription/billing. I have been unable to change my plan as my rates continue to go up without warning. This has been taking up hours of my time to figure out how to change/alter my plan to remove these channels.

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
