Xfinity mobile billing statement page error occurred

Every time I try to access previous billing statement, it will just throw an error: Error Occurred Please Try again later. Happens on the xfinity mobile app and even when using a desktop browser. Tried other browser, other computer, same issue happens. Pretty sure this is an issue on your end. If this is unfixable where can we send an email request for previous billing statements? Please advise.
