cancellation date wrong
I called Cancellations at 800-934-6489 on April 14th and asked to cancel the service on April 15th. My service period was exactly March 16, 2026 to April 15, 2026. Now I'm getting a bill for the service from April 16th to April 25th - 1/3 of a month! That's wild and deceptive. I no longer live there

I have put my XB7 in bridge mode to get rid of the wireless broadcasts and I have disabled the radios in regular mode. Despite this, the XB7 still broadcasts the Xfinity hotspot and it is a strong signal indeed. I don't want any wireless at all in my house. I have more wireless now than I ever have
