I don't receive Comcast service emails

I am the manager of our personal home Comcast account but I never receive any informational emails from Comcast/Xfinity. Instead my partner receives them.  The account is in my name and I pay the bill.  I have both email and text notices chosen under my account.  It's bizarre.

Access Denied ????

When I try to go to My Xfinity or Change My Plan I get a page that says "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access this page". All other sites work fine. Is there something I can do to correct this problem. Thanks

Always given the run around
