Live Agent-Data Usage

I need to connect with a live agent. The AI takes me in circles, without ever connecting me. I received a message 3 days ago that I had used 75% of my data. Yesterday it was 90%. Today I had gone over my usage. There is no way I used 75% of my data in 25 days, then used over 25% in less than 4 days.
