Equipment Shipped Too Early

I ordered my WiFi package and equipment June 2nd and specified that my move in date was July 1, 2025. However, the equipment was shipped too early and already sent to my future address when I don’t even live there yet. Also, there are tenants that currently live there and I am unable to get to the location. Will I be charged for this equipment?

Hi so how do I go about missing equipment though? If I’m unable to obtain the equipment from the tenants

Did the current tenants grab the equipment? If they did, they can just leave it for when you get there. If you have no contact with them then we can always ship equipment again or have you pick it up. We will take care of the equipment since it shipped early if it has been lost.
