Charged activation fee and first bill
I never used the services because it was an issue from the start. Xfinity states that because the billing cycle starts 7 days after placing the order they cannot refund or credit back. Weird because the sim card doesnt come until like 3-5 days such a scam never used the service and was charged $103.
