Charged $350 for one month cell service

I just added a line last month for my daughter. I thought I signed up for 2 unlimited lines but the system added her line as charge by the gig - so the total bill was $495. Talked to in store rep and rep on phone and said there’s nothing they can do about it because it was already charged to my card. No credit, nothing. I will be canceling my internet, phone, and cable with them if this is not resolved. Apparently they don’t care about keeping customers. The in store rep said this isn’t the first time that’s happened so apparently it’s a common problem they’ve done nothing to solve??

@user_cf3258 I can certainly understand your frustrations with this extra charge, and we would hate to see you go over this! When you sign up for our By the Gig service, you are automatically enrolled in email notifications that notify you when you have used 50%, 80%, and 100% of your plan data. I know you mentioned that you thought you were enrolled in Unlimited data, but you would have still seen these notifications once you started to go over on your usage while on the By the Gig plan to help keep you informed.
