Why did I get charged for another month of my past service?
I was just charged for the previous service on January 3rd. I switched on December 18th to a different speed and now see a payment for that speed scheduled for the 11th. You just charged me for service I will not use this month since I switched and also want to charge me for service I switched to. You are not going to charge me twice. How are you going to fix this?
