Being charged for a free line
I’m being charged for a line that was supposedly free. I signed up for it when I got my internet. It was supposed to be free for one year but I’m being charged for the first month and even the autopay shows up for next month. I’m being charged for activation, taxes, and fees which I understand but what I’m confused about is being charged the regular plan amount when it’s supposed to be included in my plan. There’s no mention of any credits/ etc. on my billing regarding this line.

Same here, I'm tired of contacting them to remove the charges and get a refund, but they lie to me every time.

Im having the same issue. It's been 4 months they have been charging me for a line that should have been free. I've called once a month but gawd. They expect people to just not care and pay

Hi,. I have the same issue, Whom to contact or how to get them to talk to me regarding this problem? Or is canceling the service my only solution?
