Being charged for a free line
I’m being charged for a line that was supposedly free. I signed up for it when I got my internet. It was supposed to be free for one year but I’m being charged for the first month and even the autopay shows up for next month. I’m being charged for activation, taxes, and fees which I understand but what I’m confused about is being charged the regular plan amount when it’s supposed to be included in my plan. There’s no mention of any credits/ etc. on my billing regarding this line.
