Thank you for all of these details, hORtons. Have you been able to reset the password for the email box? You can visit our Xfinity email page. Press sign in and put in your username. When the password box comes up you can choose to reset the password

sleep disconnects from wifi then can not reconnect
Desk top goes to sleep and disconnects from wifi. Then I cannot reconnect because of "no response" from weird places :prod-xb.sprinklr.com or consumercellular.com. Have to restart the computer.
