If we are connected to the gateway we can get close to the 300 speed but when we are connected to a pod we are only getting 9 to 16 for speed. This is causing issues with e-school right now as we are all working at the same time and need to be in different rooms. Why are the pods so much slower?

DVR recordings freeze while viewing on Xfinity Stream App
For the last two weeks my DVR recordings have been freezing while watching them on the Xfinity Stream app. I can still hear the audio but the video completely freezes. It usually starts around the halfway point of the recording. Please help.

Device receives a required update Progress 0% Status Code 800 message repeats every 15 minutes
I am receiving the message about every 15 minutes cable box blinks and then in about a minute the brodcast resumes. Have tried unplugging the cable box waiting a minute and plugging it back in. Everything is fine until the "message" appears again. Any Suggestions?
