I was considering buying a phone on DPP. Before moving, I had $3000 limit available along with 6 lines available, but didn’t have the chance to complete the purchase. After moving, it says that I have $0 limit available and 0 lines available, so I can’t move forward with the purchase. What can I do

When I recently moved, my account and billing transferred seamlessly. However, I noticed that my rewards level went from Gold to Silver. How do I get it back to Gold? I had no break in my service during the transition.

Hello, I recently moved to a new address and opted to move xfinity withe me to my new home. I noticed my rewards tier dropped to Silver. I had Gold tier and been with xfinity nonstop since May 2018. Thanks.

Hello, I returned my internet modem in January and switched to my own modem. In my February, March, and April bills I was still charged for rental. In February, I was given a one time credit and they said that the recurring charge would be dropped. However, I am still seeing the charge. How do I ge

My fiance and I just moved to Tally and became new Xfinity customers. When we signed up, it stated we could get $30 off/per month from our internet bill and a visa gift card if we also switched to Xfinity Mobile. Since we weren't able to signup for mobile on that day (needed to be verified Xfinity c
I contacted the support in the way that I was told to in the reply. After sending some screenshots with proof, they escalated the issue. After some time, I got a call from the escalation team that they would fix the issue and they did.
