Incorrect reward level

When I recently moved, my account and billing transferred seamlessly. However, I noticed that my rewards level went from Gold to Silver. How do I get it back to Gold? I had no break in my service during the transition.

Hey, @user_13c1aa! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with the status of your rewards tier. If you go to the Xfinity Assistant, put in rewards, and select need more help, you should then be presented with the option to request a tier change. Please let us know if you have any issues with this and then we can get a ticket open if we need to.
