Cancel voice mail on cancelled land line
I cancelled my land line in the fall of 2021. Almost 2 years ago.
I continued to get a dial tone until I switched to a new gateway recently. However, I'm still getting voice mails! Since I have no land line, there's nothing in my account that I can access to turn the messages off.
While at the local store recently, they couldn't fix it either.
I tried chat, but got caught in a loop with the Assistant trying to set up a NEW land line.
I tried calling support, but got switched back to the Assistant and the loop to sell me anew land line.
How can I get the voice mails shut down on my non-existent land line?

Thank you very much for reaching out to our team here @grouch92. That sounds very frustrating, and I woulde happy to see if I can take care of that issue from here for you. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
