Downstream power gone up a lot

I paid my bill in full and I still haven't had my service restored
I paid my bill in full yesterday and waited two hours for it to be back online. After it never came back on I got in contact with agents via xfinity support and they told me that they saw my payment and that ot should be restored in 30 - 60 minutes, but it still has yet to be activated.

As repeatedly documented in other posts, using chrome and edge the Xfinity/stream will not load, just get Xfinity … I have done all of troubleshooting; clear the cache, purge files and clear cookies and update drivers. Is there a solution to this problem?

Xfinity stream "browse" no longer shows movies. Roku TV Stream version 6.14
I have TCL Roku TV's using xfinity stream. Some recent change has caused the " Browse" menu to only show "TV" in the "on demand" functions. Movies and other options in "browse" have disappeared.
