Is activating a new Xfinity Mobile line within 90 days required?

The new plan I want to choose says:

$60.00/mo for 24 months, then regular rates apply (currently $90.00 per month)

It also says:

You will receive a $30 monthly multi-product discount for 24 months if you activate a new Xfinity Mobile line within 90 days of your order.

Will those additional $30 reduce my total bill to $30/mo or is the activation required to get the $60/mo  and without activation I would fall back to $90/mo?

@user_31e419, thanks for finding a workaround and posting those plan details. In order to get that additional $30 discount, you would need to add an Xfinity Mobile line within 90-days. Were you interested in getting a quote or adding that line of business?

Hi, the question was more. Would that additional $30 bring down the cost to $30 or are the additional $30 already part of the calculation and if I do not add a line I have to pay $90 instead of $60?

So what would be my price without adding a line? $60 or $90?

It looks like it is already applied, so if you do not activate the line within 90 days, you will be charged $90.00 a month.
