xfinity modem not connecting
tried activating it but the light didn’t turn white, went to the store and got a new modem.
started when i tried to move the router from downstairs to upstairs. even after i tried to change it back downstairs it didn’t connect.
needed to talk to representative, but it’s impossible. i can’t book an appointment for tomorrow because i need the internet today. please help
