Xfinity stream will not load

As repeatedly documented in other posts, using chrome and edge the Xfinity/stream will not load, just get Xfinity …

I have done all of troubleshooting; clear the cache, purge files and clear cookies and update drivers. Is there a solution to this problem?

Why would anyone try to use xfinity chat?? Only a fool would do that more than once after having a rep not solve the problem but instead try to upsell you extra services.
