Issue with UPS return

I’m trying to return a cable box and modem but I’m unable to print a UPS return label. After I select the devices I would like to return I get an error that the device information is not available. The customer service app has sent me in an endless loop and I’ve been unable to speak to a person to resolve this issue.

Good afternoon, @user_g0c3j7! I am sorry that has been sending you in a loop with printing a label. Do you plan to drop the box off at UPS or were you going to pay for pickup at your home? I ask becuase UPS will box the equipment, print a label, and give you a reciept all at no charge. You just tell them this goes to Xfinity/Comcast and they take care of the rest.

Great, user_g0c3j7! We have a national contract with them. It will be quick and easy! Once you drop the box off with UPS it takes 7-10 days to see the equipment removed from your account. Our warehouse scans it in as soon as it arrives from UPS. You will get an email confirmation when UPS send it to us and also when we get it and remove it from your account.
