2024 Price Increases
Our December bill had a lovely Merry Christmas Happy New Year message on it: Price increases. Our Xfinity Package will increase $6. Then the Regional Sports Fee will increase $4.80, and the Broadcast TV Fee $7.15. Add on Fees and Taxes and this is probably about a $30 increase per month. Ridiculous.

2.4 GHz Network connection is so so slow!
We have a 400 Mbps Comcast service, using a WiFi 6 router, and a Net Gear 2 GB cable modem, fast equipment. Measuring at the router, next to it, using the Infinity Speed Test, the 5.0 GHz network is blazing fast, always over 400 GHz service level. However, the 2.4 GHz network barely can manage 100 M

SB6141 not giving full speed after service change?
I have an SB6141 that I’ve been using forever. It got 400mbps download when I had the 8/500mbps service (which I signed up for in ‘21.) and I knew that was the maximum of the modem, which I was fine with. But I recently switched to 12/200 service instead and I’m only getting 100mbps download, tops.
