Downed cable line

Strong winds broke a tree branch, which took down our internet cable line. The cable is now laying in our yard and on our garage roof, posing a risk to our pets. I created a support ticket (Edited: Personal Information), but haven’t received confirmation, and the ticket doesn’t show in my account. We need a technician to come out ASAP to fix the downed line.
