Issue accessing MS Teams and office.com

I'm having problems accessing MS Teams and office.com.

I can't access on all of my devices: PC's Macbook, iMac and iPhone.

I get the following error:

This site can’t be reached

office.com took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
I can access all other sites except for office.com.
I've cleared cache and restarted all modems. The issues doesn't go away.
This issue may again be related to the same issue you guys were having from a year ago.

@user_cvubp7 Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. Have you had a chance to check out the link that EG provided to you?

I have had a chance to look at the links that EG provided (thank you) but i dont see any solution there  - just two more threads about other problems accessing MS.  If I am overlooking the actual solution, please let me know. I dont see it there.

@user_vc07hy

There is no solution there. I only provided those links to reinforce to you that this is a wider spread problem and not something that is just local to you.

Oh ok. Cool. Sorry  - I misunderstood. If one goes back to Xfinity Home Network  - all the posts are listed and this one is characterized with a green heading that says “Accepted Solution.” I guess it does not mean that exactly. Anyway thank you for the links  - I appreciate you pointing out that its a widespread problem. It helps to know that. My apologies.
