I have a few old phones that I would like to connect to my xfi. I have no way of running a wire from the phone(s) to the xfi device. Does Xfinity sell a box I can just plug a wired (rj11) phone into and it will work its way back to my xfi? Thanks!

@user_jpe48h Have you tried power-cycling the gateway and your device? Forgetting the network and then reconnecting to it may have a positive effect as well.
