Keep Getting Charged for Unreturned TV Box but devices shows nothing
I keep getting charged for an unreturned TV box but when I check my devices nothing show up. I think this happened because I changed my plan at some point and I'm supposed to return it, even though it came "free" with my last plan. I do not have it anymore, how do I stop getting charged?

Adding TV after seasonal internet

Scheduled appointment is showing multiple different days/times
I recently set up an appointment for installation for 6/26 from 10am-12pm. The email I got confirmed that date/time. But when I went to the appointment details at https://customer.xfinity.com/appointments/status it said the appointment was for 8am-10am. So I went in to reschedule it for the correct

Stream App Missing New Recordings & No Scheduled Recordings Showing.
My stream app on multiple devices shows no new recordings since November 23, when I go to the scheduled recordings it shows nothing. I've tried reinstalling the app and a system refresh, neither helped. Very frustrating, I don't use the app often but several times a year it's important it work
