I received an email on July 18 that I could redeem peacock premium with Xfinity Rewards. I redeemed my reward in my Xfinity account but when I click on the Xfinity Assistant I don't see the option to activate it. Have tried many times.

I keep getting charged for an unreturned TV box but when I check my devices nothing show up. I think this happened because I changed my plan at some point and I'm supposed to return it, even though it came "free" with my last plan. I do not have it anymore, how do I stop getting charged?

Forum not properly showing read messages as read
I noticed today that after reading a thread, when it goes back to that forums list of threads, it does NOT clear the blue bar. The only way to clear it is to choose the "Mark all as read" option. Also, when I went into this forum, the summary screen said 0 new messages, but 4 had the blue bar.
