From the email page I used to be able to click on support and I was taken to the forums log in page. Now I have to search "forums" and I get a link to access the forums page. Not a big deal but it's an extra step I have to take.

Not only will they lie to you about discounts for bundled services, they are the worst at repairs. My cable line was knocked down by a tree that fell during a storm and I can’t get them to come fix it. I can’t wait for fiber to hit my area
