Missing emails
Suddenly yesterday I found that emails dated 1/23/24 - 2/6/24 sent to my comcast.net account were missing. They are not in Trash or Archived, they were there one hour then gone the next. Anyone else having this issue?

I have two comcast.net emails. One works but not the other. I was asked to update the emails about 2 months ago. One updated and works but the other one appears to have disappeared. Always access denied.

Lost inbox email
All of my inbox email suddenly disappeared. They were not deleted or moved into any other folder. Very frustrating, unable to recover them. This happened a few years ago also. Talked to support, they restored all my deleted items only. Dont need those. Not sure what to do. Don’t feel like sitting on

This anyone having problems with connection for the outgoing server with your comcast.net email. I received a drop message and can send any emails. Only receive them. The port and information is correct. Any help would be appreciated

Just playing around and discovered that Office 2019 outlook, which look and feel like Windows 11 mail and calendar, didn't work with comcast.net mail. So it was definitely comcast mail server issue - not compatible with Windows 11.
