emails disappeared

I have lost several emails in my inbox, deleted items and many of my folders have the word "recovered..." with several numbers and letters.  Who can restore my comcast.net account from whatever technical glich is taking place?

You probably want to call our Customer Security Assurance folks and see if they can recover/restore what ever is going on.

Hi there, @kellyw23 I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with your emails, I definitely know how frustrating this issue is for you which I do apologize for the inconvenience. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still experiencing the same trouble with your email?-Richard

No worries kellyw23! We want to get to the bottom of this issue for you! We would be happy to take a look at your issue on our end.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
